Yup. I just heard 12/9. I am being saved. Others in my area might not be so lucky tomorrow. 😞

The latest jobs report for this garbage administration is: negative 32,000. What do you think that means? Whether or not you think they want to do layoffs doesn't matter. They are going to.

@ap+1kbdddjqd - you give "them" far more credit than they are due.

Given whatever technology you have to do you're job, do you honestly believe "they" have any system sophisticated enough to track comments and your sh!t. Heck no!!! And with expenses running as hot as they have been for f-ing fuh-ever (yea, look again as those beefy comp packages top of the house if you wonder where the money is going. It's def not on some d-mbazz system tracking your chatter!)

Now, if you say stuff out loud verbally that your sycophant manager or nasty "I'm telling on you!" colleagues overhear.... well then, that's totally on you bro'.

We have to play along and be all Rah-Rah, Happy, Happy, Plastic Fake-y people... All The Time. Every. Bloody Day.

yea, it sux, but play along to get the grease.

As of survelling email, phone, text. and the rest.... gimme a break! They would not even know where to begin and sure as heck are not going to spend a dime that they could pocket themselves on such shenanigans. Too little upside. They are more focused on maintaining their egregious Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous to bother with you minions.

@ey

Do not forget spineless when it comes to supporting the people doing the work. In essence, they are like jellyfish stinging everybody in contact and float around in the office doing nothing.

@ap

Actually would not surprise me. "Leadership" here are the most thin-skinned and insecure people you will ever come across.

I've heard something similar - I wasn't given specifics, but it has to do with Skype/Teams conversations/calls as well as emails and company issued devices. Basically if you've ever expressed any kind of negativity or displeasure with BofA, your name gets flagged for review - regardless of tenure. Trash talk your boss over text message on a BofA phone? Complain about procedures during a Teams call? Say something negative about the amount of red tape involved? You're on "The List." They're relying more and more on AI to filter through and analyze the data, so "The List" is going to really start taking off in Q1 2026. There's going to be a LOT of surprised people in the next few months.
