I've heard something similar - I wasn't given specifics, but it has to do with Skype/Teams conversations/calls as well as emails and company issued devices. Basically if you've ever expressed any kind of negativity or displeasure with BofA, your name gets flagged for review - regardless of tenure. Trash talk your boss over text message on a BofA phone? Complain about procedures during a Teams call? Say something negative about the amount of red tape involved? You're on "The List." They're relying more and more on AI to filter through and analyze the data, so "The List" is going to really start taking off in Q1 2026. There's going to be a LOT of surprised people in the next few months.
