Any word of SGL, salary, VCIP, and RSU changes for individuals moved to new roles? I know some were demoted and informed of compensation changes at the time of that notification, but is everyone else to assume that no changes are coming? Will we experience similar SGL restructuring as occurred in Canada?

@az I'm ap... my role was changed as well and I'm incredibly unhappy with the way everything has been and continues to be handled. Or not handled.
@ap Thanks for that. I get it that no perfect way exists to do all of this, but telling everyone that all of this change is coming and then essentially ghosting your employees with nothing more than a new org chart seems like its probably one of the worst ways to do it. What changes are we going to make to transform the company? So far this seems far worse than the "old" COP...
I've heard that changes were specific to certain areas. I think you would have been notified of changes that affect you by now.
