Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

When it all changed

The consolidation of the offices to the hubs. ECS and future state. The loss of jurisdictional expertise from the regional offices to the hub and an SCP manual. You lost touch with what made you number 1- no customer cares about your metrics, they want confident knowledgeable guidance and you’re not giving that anymore, especially when management doesn’t even know the job and just focused on your idle time and how many cause of loss you closed. When you stop putting the customer first and worry about the things they never see or know, you lose touch with the actual mission. You cannot separate yourself by being like everyone else

When it all changed basically started in the late 60s.....with the civil rights movement and feminism , the robber Barrons took advantage! The labor participation rate among minorities and women, has increased exponentially. Fathers were removed from the home, welfare and the government took their place. If you look at wages they also began to decline porportionality as the workforce doubled. More labor drives down wages.... always! 20 years ago, men in dresses would not be allowed in the work force, were kicked out of the military and put in institutions. Today everyone no matter how f-cked they are allowed to be in the workforce, plus all the illegals, and H-1B1 visas. Again as they run out of groups to use and abuse they have to add more people to the pyramid scheme/drive down wages. Last decade it has drastically accelerated. AI will be the final thing to completely destroy everything. The powers to be will be the kings of a piece of sh-t! SF included!

What State Farm needs is the same thing Meta is now facing. A lawsuit out in the publics with whistleblowers. It should be out in the publics and not settled like the RICO case. That would be the only thing that may shake the branches in leadership.

@am Tipper and Yi got complete buy in from the council as well as Ed. Rust knew it was coming and didn’t care. He’d already started many changes.

They don't care is the problem with SF. Glad I no longer associate with that crowd! Insanity defined.

And JF is doubling down on it but acts like it was not his fault too! He was standing there the whole time signing off on it! Bringing back Ed for a few videos is not going to erase or distract people from all your signs. Their business model is use and abuse and keep the turnover as high as possible to try to keep salaries expense as low as possible. They do not want you to be happy, comfortable or enjoy your job. Everything they tell you is smoke and mirrors and the opposite of who they are. Make no mistake about it these people a sc-m of the earth and would sell out their own mother to enrich themselves. You are total sc-m in there eyes! That includes any employee from SM and below! Leave as soon as you can and do always assume Exec is lying, cancel any SF policies you have and tell everyone you now what kind of dump this place is.

Yup! That was the beginning of the end. It's like a vehicle, the more you modify it from It's originally engineered machine, the more can go wrong. Ever notice a vehicle in the south doesnt rust like the north? I honestly believe they think they're intelligent, but outcomes speak differently.
