Wife (Proxies) of your Boss

Oracle management (VP's, Directors) has this bad habit of keeping another proxy or wife at office.
Projects are being treated like arranged marriages between a VP and their preferred proxy. The 'spouse' in this scenario often lacks the technical acumen to lead, yet they are given total control over the 'business.' The spouse does all meetings and discussions. This wife will run the project as if he/she knows everything. But no brains, he is the d-mbest person in the team.

To break this domesticated hierarchy, we need to introduce 'cross-cultural friction.' By ensuring that reporting lines are diverse. Pair American, Indian, and Chinese professionals in a matrix. Rather than Indian VP - Indian director (or) Chinese Director - Chinese CMTS, Oracle should force the organization to operate on merit and logic rather than the 'unspoken language' of a private circle."

Oracle can be easily sued on this basis for biased hiring and bad management practices.

Watch out for the MI-F that is coming into your Org to well sc$ew with you in her/his open marriage. Moving ones other half to a part of the org allows you to get your rocks off while they do the hard stuff. And you still get to bang them later... Yes thats Oracle all over...

lol. I worked with hundreds of Indians and I never ever saw a case when Indian manager hires a non-Indian.

@am I've been hearing a LOT about that "C" dimension discrimination at a LOT of companies, here in the USA. It's infuriating, but how to prove it and put a stop to it! 🤬

If you zoom in, indian teams represent friends and family from a specific state in india.

It is well known that Indians can discriminate against other indians based on the "C" dimension. This is accepted in india openly and same gets carried over naturally to US by transplants from india to US.

Yes, literally there is a lot of nepotism at Oracle. In my GBU alone I know a least three high ranking couples in the same GBU. It’s really bad too because they form clicks. They need to root out these clicks and dismantle them. Also GBU that are mostly Indian need a shake up. Like hello Oracle you are a US company so like where are all the white people? And if you think I’m being racist… where are any black people??
