Honest good faith question, is it possible for you to have a purely transactional relationship with your employer? No, I'm not talking about only looking out for yourself and being a selfish member of a team. I mean is it possible for you to disassociate yourself from your employer? Is your job title your identity off the clock? There's no right or wrong answer but mentally changing how you see your relationship to your employer might help some of you. Is your perception of how you see your relationship to T-Mobile reciprocated?

I see so many people trying to do the most right now and be visible in hopes of being saved. Go ahead and be my guest. Those names are already on the list and I don’t think that will change anyway. We know it’s not all performance related. The 1st round they got rid of plenty of PEAK winners I remember. I’ve been doing the bare minimum for a while now and will continue to do so. I once believed in this company but it went downhill quick after the sprint merger.
