T will term you for something and hide it under “performance” when they have no other reason to fire you. Also, people are being fired due to inaccurate office presence reports. Get yourself a lawyer. You may have a case.

Always remember you don't even have to have a case. They will settle for the cost of litigation without even looking at the filing. If they did not do that they would be subject to more lawsuits for being poor stewards of stockholder money. Pay attention to those conveniently unprovable soft tissue injuries.

@ak Not true, if they want you gone, they will we-ponize data (which is often inaccurate) to justify their actions. They take the approach of guilty until proven innocent. Keep your own records/tracking etc., because it is your word against theirs.
There is nothing to worry about if you are at the correct location at the right time for the defined core working period.
