Is anyone else experiencing massive data and reporting issues for their LOB? An example would be incorrect regulatory reporting sent externally. It feels like the shift higher up to push for automation and restructure is placing health plans at compliance risk. Are we just going all in here despite legal, regulatory, and future RFP risk? This seems obvious as I'm typing, but more curious if others are seeing this.

@ak So you are checking the data yourself and the information is indeed accurate? I’m also in the government space and I see a lot of fancy automated reporting, but when I dig into it I also see a ton of inaccuracies.
For sure, and system issues are constant in reporting...
Automation only works if it’s being monitored and reports are being QA’d. people want to automate then think they don’t need to look at underlying data is incorrect. On top of that many people that had institutional knowledge were riffed and documentation of process in some areas is pathetic. So now you have a bunch of newbies trying to figure stuff out with no documentation. But hey, the head honcho already got kudos for automation but at what costs when no one knows how to fix it.
What area are you in? I’ve experienced the opposite with some better information coming faster but I’m in the government space
This is what happens when you hire people that don't know what they are doing. Only going to get worse.
