@y1 what department/state was affected ? How long was the notice and severance pay?
Quite a few lay offs happened on the 5th. There's going to be so many more.

From a team that has not been impacted before, we were basically told the tsunami is coming and to be ready.

@aj I’m UM for Medicaid and more than half the team isn’t meeting metrics either. We’re all are just wondering what’s going to happen next..
I’m UM in medicaid and more than half of the team arnt making metrics. And our manager is also pushing productivity all day long. It’s so frustrating. We are all nervous about what’s happening next.

Any specific departments that will be targeted for RIF? I'm in UM for Ambetter. No work available and productivity metrics keep being pushed down our throats. If they are looking for people who can't meet metrics, it's us but not by choice. I'm just waiting for a layoff notice at this point.
I was told by my manager there are layoffs at the end of the month.
