@aj There is something called survival of the fitness. It use to mean the strongest or faster runners from prey but in the office it means those whom know how to survive politically before other issues. It’s better to make sure your senior leaders look great even if your all missing ever deadline and will never meet them as long as you can make the senior leader look great. It’s about serving the leader and does the spreadsheet marking whom stays and whom goes more than job tasks.
The problem is that you people are still there. There is life and a world beyond this insane company.
I would imagine that an extremely large majority of people on their website ACTUALLY do their job but still get laid off. If this is a description of your work and you're not getting laid off, then you're the problem that 99% of people here complain about.
