It's that time of the year. Honeywell former employees must email HRHelp to get our w2 / payslip documents for tax purposes according to Alumni hub. Just in case former employees (like myself) are needing this information quickly (like me) for meeting with an accountant or filing taxes you can't just download this like any other business in modern times. Go figure.

Alumni Hub doesn't work. I exited one week ago. Have not received the email I was to receive, QR code has been removed. Self registration works great, until you log in and it takes you to a page that says you've logged out.
I have been on hold with HR help for over 25 minutes. Typical Honeywell. Anyone else have this issue? How did you get through? Would really like to see my paystub!
@ah I do not know the answer to that. I needed my w2 for 2025 tax filing purposes.
@ah the alumni portal was emailed to me after my 2025 exit interview to join. Until just recently I could retrieve my info. Now I have to call HR.

I retired in early 2025. For both 2024 and 2025 tax years I had to call HR to get the W2. It was supposed to be available on the alumni hub but good luck with that one
HON just moved to ADP for payroll starting Jan 2026. It was a sh-tshow. If current employees couldn’t get their payslips or W-2s, good luck getting yours.

Anyway, I am just curious.
Do you know if this is a recent change?
Did they have W2/payslips available for former employees in the alumni hub before, and they stopped doing that recently? Or maybe they never had them there to begin with?
