We have so many people whose only job is making slides. Same information, different font, new graphics. They add nothing. Cut them all and we'd probably get more done without all the meetings about the slides.

An unqualified channel manager (previous campus hire with no meaningful foodservice credentials/experience) would have us tweaking ppt decks ad nauseam whenever we’d have some region leader would be en route to our market (invariably to cancel the visit at the last minute with no notice) … drove me nuts , meanwhile the customer issues were left to the back burner
@ah You know in TH, our SLT need to showcase portion of your deck alongside with their tour photos.
A lot of meetings could be replaced with a few emails. Yet managers often expect us to spend hours preparing slide decks and then more hours reviewing and polishing them together — work that AI can now handle in seconds. A complete waste of time.
