I'm putting in my resignation on Monday because this just isn't the right place for me anymore. I've watched the direction change, and I don't see a future for myself here. Add to that the toll the toxicity is taking on my mental health and I've had enough. I'm going to take some time to figure out my next step. Luckily, I have enough savings to be able to do this. Why is that weird? I spent over 30 years at Xerox before I retired. I worked with many of the same people during that time and made a lot of friends that I care for. I also care what happens to the people that reported to me, and for the people I reported to (but higher than that, not so much.)
This forum attracts some real weirdos. People pretending they're somebody else. People re-posting over and over that they've left. People who've actually left the company but still post here every day. Etc.
@c8 - no, I just think you’re pathetic that you create fake posts daily trying to make it seem like it’s different people. And you’ve been doing it for almost 4 years after getting the boot. It’s the definition of not having a life.

I can’t believe that some of you fall for this every time. He posts the same thing every few months pretending he’s an actual employee. It’s the same tech that does the annoying comments with emojis or the “tin plated dictator “comments. Thinks he is smart but he’s not.
What geography are you in?
Took me a year and roughly 200 applications but I’m finally in the running for 2 excellent positions.
