We need that person or people who had the very solid info before The Email came out to come back and feed us more.
How is tomorrow going to unfold? This one isn't like the last one (2015). There was no notice ahead of time.
Can someone who knows please tell us if there will continue to be small rounds with a team here and there or if there'll be another big bang in January or February?
@a6 last I heard there was just one meeting in the morning for those whose jobs are getting cut. There will be other meetings to follow. Some people will not be getting laid off but their role will be changing significantly, there will be a different meeting for them. Things could always change as plans are continuously discussed up to the minute.
If sales continue to slide there could be more layoffs; the current plan is they will all be done tomorrow with the exception of a small area that will have a few more.
@ah what? It’s always been tomorrow. Even the email Michael sent out said Tuesday. No one but officers found out before today.

@a5 you mentioned 2nd round of layoffs. I've been thinking about this. if we ARE still around after layoffs, im already thinking to the potential of Q1 layoffs in Feb that have been rumored. Do you know any more about the second round?
@a5 will everyone get an email tomorrow or just those impacted by layoff? there has been conflicting information on that.
The plan is for the most part they’ll all be done tomorrow. There is a small area that will have another layoff in a few months bc they can’t let go of everyone at once. There won’t be another big bang like the one tomorrow though.
The 2015 layoffs were actually leaked beforehand as well, it just didn’t come directly from the company. Many of us were monitoring things back then and things played out much as people said they would.
