For everyone saying “I’ve heard” followed by some sensational claim like there are palettes of boxes at TPS, please recalibrate your plausibility sensors or find a different outlet for your gossip.
For those lurking, hoping to find a droplet of truth, throw out half of what you read here, and remain skeptical about the information you’re left with.
I heard that target bought a ton of AI licenses, scraped all of the comms over the last 12 months from internal Slack channels, and created a bunch of centralized AI bots based on the internal knowledge and comm cadences to outsource/reduce TMs and enable streamlined ops.
Many of us long terms have gone through this a number of times. We used this forum in 2015. It was all guesses at that time but ended up worse than we expected. Remember, you still have about an 85% to 90% chance of not losing your job.
@ag i agree. they should address all concerns of spiraling anonymous team member on message boards full of unsubstantiated claims.

@a9 exactly. Target knows that we are spiraling yet they sit back and watch. It shouldn’t be this way. They see all of this and don’t seem to care.

@OP it’s not sensational, there are boxes in TPN on multiple levels. My team works in TPN and we’ve seen them with our own eyes.
@OP when people are focusing on such forums the culture is broken and silence is deafening. Target do better! They monitor this site. They don’t care!
