Your money has been donated to the whitehouse for the ball room.

@ae Funny thing is it's the people on my team that go through banks that don't get paid until Friday and those that have credit union accounts that get paid Wed night.

Dell is such a budget store of a company. It's laughable if it wasnt so pathetic

@OP We can all thank Jeffie C for this Cluster FCK!! And HR is a laughingstock blaming ADP rather than taking ownership and internal responsibility. What a fcked up company Dell has become!!! Leadership fck-ups are never held accountable.

HR blamed ADP. Interesting that the first time this happens in over 5 years is the pay period immediately after the ODW cutover. Own the ODW su-k, HR.

HR sent out an email a little while ago explaining they addressed the issue and you will see your direct deposit tomorrow and going forward it should work the same as before.

Payday is every other Friday. That getting paid two days early is a bonus. But I never rely on it.

@ac I've never received my direct deposit before Friday, ever

@ab Actually, banks have your direct deposit by Weds. They release the funds on Thursday and call it a perk of pay early! I used to work in banking IT. Credit Unions are generally the only banks that don’t pay early, though some do. One thing I can think of if the pay is coming from new systems the bank won’t release the funds as it may not be a “trusted” system yet. Either way, Corp should have notified employees of potential delays.

@ab So it's just a coincidence that no one is getting their direct deposit the day before as they have for years, and it just happens right after the rollout of ODW that stopped?

ODW has nothing to do with your pay, that goes through ADP and we are paid on Fridays. If you were getting deposits on Wed, that is something your bank does (preload for earlier paydays) as a selling feature, call them.

Same with me. I checked the ADP statement and it does have the correct checking account number for direct deposit. I am hoping it will be deposited for tomorrow.

They finally decided to 'fix the glitch' for employees. Don't worry, it will all work itself out naturally

Came here to say the same. I get my paycheck by 5pm on Wednesday. Woke up Thursday morning to no paycheck deposited into my bank account.

One would think they would at least send an email alerting us? I mean they must know by now.

Me too. Have been paid on Thursday for years. ADP shows my stub. One would have thought this was a priority to make sure it worked properly. If nothing tomorrow, call your AG. Some states have huge daily fines for corps not paying on time. My state starting one day late: employer must pay 3x’s to employee as a fine and $25k/ day per occurrence. That pay must be in on promised day by 5pm.

My paycheck hasn’t posted either. Even the ADP statement was hours late
