Will they put you on the list if you don't complete your self evaluation? I don't understand the point of doing one if they plan to cut 10k jobs.

I did not complete mine last year. I think I answered one question and submitted it. I git laid off…….lol. Not sad either!

Because when you complain in the company survey about various things … lack of growth opportunities, pay , etc. they add more work onto the employees to make it seem they are listening. I’ve haven’t done it yet but I’d assume some of the questions may worded that way or to show that we have some sort of input

I dont know the answer but the questions it asks are so fu--ing stupid. I have no idea how to answer them and my boss never does 1:1 so I dont see the point in completing it.
