These Sh1tbirds removed the severance pay calculator out of the employee handbook YEARS ago. Just like they send an email bloated with all other cr-p about 401k matching only after employed for the full year. Because everyone loves to learn they missed out on investing and return for a whole entire year.
The company has ZERO cash on hand. Nothing but debt. Bloated executives, bloated management. Every single one of them hiding in the corner hoping their division doesn't implode so they can get the millions in bonuses. The ship isn't sinking. It has sunk. These people are just the violinists on the titanic still playing as the escape rafts are sinking as well.
Did they remove the severance package? Not in the 2026 separation guide
@af That's true but a key component of looking after my family is keeping them in housing. Enabled by salary.
As someone who was recently laid off after many years of loyal service, my only advice to anyone reading this thread is to focus on family and life. Nothing else matters, least of all the company in that context. Look after yourself first and deal with eveything else as you need to.
