In Office Scorecard Update

I see the new update, with the new dashboard on MySource highlighting exactly your in office exceptions seperate from other time off (e.g. holidays/sick).

Anyone have any insight on how the monitoring may change? Guessing there will be increased focus on the in-office exceptions.

@ap click on “Details”. It used to open a spreadsheet. Now it’s just a summary of categories.

@af as managers we requested for the new dashboard version to post the first badge swipe timestamp for each in office work day.

This was rolled out back in September,no? Are you based in the US? The calc is always 80% of available days(assuming you are 4 days a week, excluding vacation/sick or bank holidays and any exception),after doing this exercise if the number is 15.2 the the system takes it as 15..Make sure you clock in atleast 6 hrs in office just to be safe and you are good to go..nothing to worry, but as always this firm has a way to surprise us..the logic I mentioned was fine for the last six months ..

Probably. They are keen to get rid of any ounce of freedom employees have. Vampires slowly draining the life from all of us.
