Hard to take any of this seriously when the system tracking “presence” can’t even get it right. We’re making decisions and enforcing policy based on data that clearly isn’t reliable, then calling it accountability. If that’s the goal, maybe start with accuracy first.

There is the AT&T for you…the internal presence report, it will be wrong, we guarantee it. Pay it no mind that the incorrect report is used a compliance measure.

This is the result of someone taking a few PLE courses or getting an online cert and then being put in charge or developing a report that can affect headcount. If they can’t understand how to verify the data, how can they make decisions based on their stats?
Remember during the Co-Co shutdown and there was a Co-Co Dashboard manager for one FL who was under qualified and published outright wrong data? Well, looks like maybe she is running this report and a few others that no one can get right.
Have you been putting in tickets when seeing discrepancies? The report is being prioritized again.

Dark Triaders like stink require the report to short you on hours as a feature to scare you into staying longer.
Was told this week the report is back in focus again. Still not right for me either. It’s like a joke. Claim to run the best network yet you can’t get a power BI report correct.
@ae before they stared it with you, maybe. People managers had access to it while it was still 3x8 RTO. VPs got hammered because of the data because the stink was pi---d.

@ac true, but the reason he used at that time was the data in this report, which they still can’t get right. I could have Claude do accurately it in 20 minutes. It’s pathetic.
@a6 I wish that were true. We went to 5x8 because Stankey wants to reduce the head count at AT&T without paying severance.
The whole reason we went to 5 days from 3 days was because of this flawed report. End it. NOW.
