I swear, one day your role is critical, and the next you’re suddenly behind on metrics no one properly explained. With layoffs always looming, it’s even more stressful to deal with. I don’t know how much longer I can take this and protect my mental health.

They asking for tragedy to happen. Mental issues are getting worse and tolerance level decreases these days. Be vigilant and safe.
@db I spoke with the medical staff on-site. They did say mental health issues have increased since RTO. Scripts for anxiety and depression have almost skyrocketed. After all the craziness we've seen the last year in the world, I pray it doesn't come to our campuses. We are two years post Mike Moss. I hope that never happens again.
@ae that’s why they act like it’s a perk to have a pharmacy on campus. In reality, they don’t want to lose productivity when someone leaves to get the medicine that they need to do their job. It’s ironic that the job is causing the need for medication in the first place
Been thru the path and finally one day I was impacted and it felt terrible. Take action now, and keep looking for opportunities that interest you internal and external. Its okay to accept another position internally which pays a bit lower ( my 2 cents)
Take ownership of your own career and most importantly mental health. Don't be a sitting duck!
I know what you mean. I did not have any mental health issues till I started working there.
