Flexible schedule

Any word if flexible schedules will be eliminated 2026? It’s one of the biggest incentives the company currently offers.

@3j4 I do not know if hourly is offered flex hours. Salary is offered 4 10 hour shifts.

What specifically are you referring to with “flexibility” scheduling? What is the company policy currently?

Show your work PLEASE. Because right now it sounds like nothing but empty fear mongering. Company policies dictate time off for hourly vs salaried employees.

@ad “if you’re going to be gone for >4 hours, they wanted you to use your PTO or sick time”

This has always been the case with salaried employees? Using your time in 4 hour increments? This is literally company policy. When did it change?

If you want to even call it "flexible" or an incentive at all, with all the strings attached to it. AND it is the only incentive they are offering at all, they pulled all the other incentives off the table back in 2023.

Haven’t heard a single word on this, and supervisor is very kind on keeping us informed and preparing us if changes are coming. If you’re already on flex schedule, I don’t think it’s something to worry about, no rumors going around on this, and 90% of my team is flexible.
