Why the WAEM survey is done immediately after the performance harassment cycle , when people are already dealing with the stress of ratings and calibration. Each year, management highlights a few focus areas, but after the results are announced, those topics rarely surface again in team discussions. Given the current cost‑cuttings activities why this one continues? Just don't do it and save money

And when some of these robots try so hard to be funny they use the quote "WE Are ExxonMobil" even if its out of place.
Who knows how much money they waste on this stupid survey
Just remember, when you fill out the We Are ExxonMobil survey, your IP address is tracked in the survey. You make think that the survey is anonymous, but in reality, it is not.
@aj Love your comment
@b4 we are ExxonMobil
What does WAEM stand for??
Total waste of time. I don’t answer questions - Ray Shoemaker
@ac So how the highly visible a-s kissers, recognized management's pets and award winner backstabbers can show off their skillsets in section meetings? They have always so much positive points to add to the survey results
I laughed and made fun of the weam process in a meeting. I told everyone it was a joke and the dysfunction at exxon prevented it from being successful. I said it is everyone for themselves and no one helps anyone out. I guess that is why I was pip tired.
There won't be a survey this year.
A lot of the people who answered honestly in the past have seen the writing on the wall and left the company, and a bunch of others have been weeded out via the normal PIPs. Most of the ones left responding to the survey are the ones who have been drinking the EM kool aid and ignoring the race to the bottom, so the survey should show an improvement this year. Management will find a reason to pat themselves on the back for fostering such a great culture.
I haven't responded to the WAEM for years now. Why respond when the outcomes are pre-determined by the way the survey is written? Waste of time.
