Does anyone know what the all Leadership meeting before the all employee meeting is about today?

There is no conspiracy, they present to Directors and above and then present the same materials to everyone. It is more of a practice session than anything. 92% overlap in content.
@b5 yeah, totally agree and they know it. Tell me is there anything you could do other than finding another job? Unfortunately, it’s a reality.
@an this is exactly what they want. "Obedient" worker bees grateful for the privilege of working their a$$e$ off while they eat their cake. The "you should be grateful to have a job" is insulting
Pretty standard to have leadership meeting before a town hall. Especially if there’s a particular part of the message they want to test out for feedback.

This is a blowing smoke meeting. Laid off 600 people and everything is ok.

i think you're referring an all employee townhall. everyone is invited to this meeting
Not a manager, but isn't that just standard for all the employee meetings so y'all can get your talking points beforehand?
