Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Laid off in treasure mgmt

I was a product manager laid off with no notice. The severance package su-ks. Plus given less than 60 days of pay until I'm officially laid off from company. I think they are trying to get rid of Remote employees.

Sorry to hear OP. Treasury is going through some painful changes. I thought severance was 12 weeks minimum but you only got 60 days (8 weeks)?

I am aware of the list in that group and can say I am sorry to see you go. Many who were kind and helpful to me are now gone while the others who just push things to the next person are still here.

Severance policy is available for everyone on "your total rewards". On the intranet, go to MyHR, click Time and Pay, then the "your total rewards" link. On that page, type "severance" in the search box and the link will come up. You can download it as a pdf.

@ac I think you have to be a manager to see it. I have access to it because I am a manager. The details of how things are calculated including base pay severance is buried in some PowerPoint on a HR article only available to managers.

I noticed the severance policy, which was once online as no longer unless I’m not seeing it after scouring. Were you offered a severance?

I'm sorry. That's awful. Was this today? Did any of your colleagues get laid off as well?
