Thread regarding CDW layoffs

Stop with the Linkedin Post of New Jobs

The restructure is a joke, just stop already. None of you got a new job or increase in pay. Another day another Linkedin Post of I started a new position.

They are changing the titles so they can lay people off and say they are not qualified to do the job. It's a double edged sword! I hate the new LinkedIn ads.

And TS is our boss man that kicked doogie su-k A-s out of here. We are glad he and his daddy J were both kicked out. Doogie tried to get CDW to take down our boss on his way out but no one listened to what that little boy said.

TS is right. He has to battle all sides at once. He likes the GC but thinks he doesn't know sh-t about security and safety and needs to stay out of our business. He gets drunk when he is home and can be s-xist but he lets us do what ever we want so I don't give a sh-t. I know the GSOC hates him but chill out. Help is on the way.

Keep his a-s out of the GSOC please! TS is fu--ing clueless.

@pn Who is the boss - referring to BK? Who is Doogie for those that don’t have a decoder ring?

The boss drinks too much and is not very nice. He blames everything we get hit with on the general council and how he has his nose too much in our business but we know to kiss his a-s because he says the lawyers like him. Doogie is gone but we are still stuck with the a--hole.

Now that our stock is down and there will be layoffs, we have to recognize the small wins and get up and kick a-s. Doogie is gone and now we have to work together and make CDW kick a-s again. Thank you boss!

@ac did't you read AN's email with the colorful maps and slightly changed region names? It explains little to nothing and no details on how an account suddenly becomes an enterprise one or what we'll be measured on, so as usual we have nothing but gibberish sales talk

@an Let's stop calling them "leadership" it's an insult to people who are leaders. Why are these people in Vegas partying with the shareholder money? Are they seriously reviewing the in-depth, strategic and thoughtful sales approach /s - highly unlikely unless there's a slot machine with ppt slides that say STRATEGY. The "new" reorg of sales is moving names and titles around the map, let's called big accounts "enterprise" and make a bunch of reps AM's - yes that'll fix everything! It's another bogus marketing message pretending we have a clue what to do next, we don't - and that shouldn't be a surprise after failing the last 8 quarters. Where's the Board - get rid of these people, we're drowning in clowns

The SMB re-org is an absolute sh-tshow with zero guidance from leadership. Managers have no idea what’s going on and all leaders are in Vegas this week and unavailable. This is really going to help turn this ship around.

No, the problems won’t be solved with a reorg, but it’s a good start. The prior go-to-market was a complete sh-t-show and it was easy for all of you losers ( you know who you are) to hide and complain. Now, change the dirty oil. Reorg, metrics, solutions, go-time.

CDW’s problems will not be solved by a re-org. That’s simplistic thinking, but totally on brand with how CDW leadership has addressed problems over the last 3-4 years.

We’ve missed our goals for about 8 of the last 10 quarters. Giving people new titles does not fix our underlying issues.

My team posted a job. The bulldogs needed to be replaced. Not all posts are bad.

@OP there’s no new jobs just new titles, correct?

I would love it if somebody would explain to me what the new structure of the sales teams will be
