Fidelity has ended hybrid work. 75,000 employees now expected to be in the office 5 days per week
JPM, Goldman, BofA, Morgan Stanley, PNC and Trust have all moved to 5 day mandates in the past year.
Maybe this can put a 4-1 mandate into perspective.

With Air-fare, hotel and Uber they cost more and produce much less.
