Anyone else find the flexibility hours unnerving? Since when did they change hours of operation to 5am-6pm ct? As far as I knew it was 5am-10pm ct. I’ve always worked a later shift that no longer falls within their new hours of operation.

This was the very last "perk" of the job that hadn't been taken away yet. I believe this is intended to push people to quit so they don't have to pay out severance and so people can't collect unemployment (unemployment isn't worth a damn as it is). There is zero incentive to work here anymore. Anyone worth their salt knows that our time is up its just a matter of how soon. AI is the king of the world now. Well,, until it implodes that is.
May just be your state/plan. I’m still working the later shift and haven’t heard of any changes.
