So Apparently PNC will require all "In-Scope" employees to go back to the office five days a week starting May 4, 2026.
Some of my coworkers and other people I've talked to while doing technical support for the PNC employees feel this is a move to get people to quit in order to avoid having to lay off people.

@ab Yup. I just finished up my resume this afternoon and have started applying… Along with my other team members. We are all in this together and we will all leave at once. This is what PNC wanted and we will gladly give it to them.
My bet is they want people to quit like you said but they are for sure going to be getting it.
