America is at a breaking point and we all feel it. My heart goes out to my fellow employees living through these times, lord knows our employer isnt helping things. Pray for peace and less corporate headcount savings.

@h9+1keexnsyv clear projection of your extreme privilege. You must be one of the bloated BNY director class, that has long forgotten how others live.
Better double up on your prozac, cupcake. We live in a world of excess and luxury and all you do is complain.
There is global shift happening where people are waking up to the corruption of governments and large institutions. Power will shift to the people eventually but we have to go through the chaos first before a better time for an average joe comes to pass. Many may not survive it and it may seem scary but these big corporations and banks will feel it and they will learn that it’s all about the people and not the profits. Those that just care about profits will not survive.
It is not America.
It is all over. Do you think it is Nirvana in the UK, Canada, Central and South America? Or even Asia? The problem is an age old one.
Profit over people.
And for those who think Governments are the answer, you are sadly misinformed. You do not want the Government running your life or making financial decisions for you. And in many ways BNY is an appendage of the US and UK govt. There have been tougher times here too. Civil war, WW1 , WW2, the great depression, the 1918 -1922 pandemic. In retrospect, the the song by Styx - these are ‘the best of times’.
