Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

IGS Leadership Exodus

Two big exits in two weeks. Honestly feels like things might finally be moving in the right direction. Really hoping the unannounced / undecided LSS interim is the one we’re all secretly pulling for. And that today's announced CTO interim doesn’t end up permanent. Who's the next one to go?

IGS has just been awarded a bunch of Amazon work? Where are you getting your information? Overall factories are busy as well. Again not to say IGS has issues but business is picking up in core areas and most have positive outlook. Just simply need to go back how Intelligrated ran as a business. Also focus on bringing back experience in engineering areas. Most products sell themselves, just have to do better shipping on time.

Wake up, sheeple at IGS – this sinking ship is about to drag you all under, and Honeywell’s sharpening the axe to chop the workforce in half just to offload this worthless asset. If you value your paycheck even a smidge, GTFO now before you’re the next “restructuring” casualty. CEO Chad? What a clown show – guy’s a walking punchline, steering this dumpster fire straight into bankruptcy with his genius moves like ki-ling the software business dead in its tracks. And those recent bailouts by the CHRO and GC? Classic rats fleeing the flood – they shattered the sacred ringfencing rule, saving their own skins while leaving you su-kers to drown. Smart move on their part, total betrayal for everyone else. Nobody catches a falling kn--e without getting sliced, folks. Even LSS was barely holding the line, but with their leader jumping ship, there’s zero safety net left – poof, gone. Head of sales? Slimy used-car hu----r peddling vaporware to ghosts. Oh, and the cherry on top: Amazon’s bolting for the exits, Target’s not just leaving but slapping IGS with a lawsuit that’ll bleed it dry. This ain’t a drill; it’s a horror flick where you’re the expendable extras. Run, don’t walk – or enjoy your pink slip over the holidays.

What a joke!! They are now shopping around to beg someone to buy this mess. Accidental CEO has 6 months max before all IGS turns into a wreck. Leave while you can.

Ope, heard through the grapevine that more functions are exiting IGS train wreck. The CTO/LSS folks got out just before the team has to deal with buyers paying nickels. Looks like more layoffs are coming if you are LSS or SW. The team left is a car salesman, that Texas Ranger Guy (who will never come to Mason) and a bean counter who couldnt manage a lemonade stand. The fold Honeywell folks will probably boomer-rang back within 2-3 months. I am giving Trew a ring, looks like KPI is winding down.

It does feel like IGS headed in a better direction. Hopefully some of the key people who left especially in engineering would want to come back. Orders are up as well. This week news is a good start and more to come.
