All bah who feel they are being discriminated against for any reason whether it be wfh status, recognition, merit, promotion etc all because of that forced status need to turn this place in to your states EEOC equal opportunity employment commission

‘Descrimination’ hahahhaha. No. It’s just a case of ‘out of sight, out of mind’. Here at BNY, reductions are all over. People and locations. BAH is simply a turkey getting carved since it rocks the boat on RTO and Robin has them figured for loafers and goof offs. And whining about it here, just means you aren’t much good and have nothing to offer other companies. State agencies will do zero as they want people commuting, spending money and using public facilities. The gravy train for BAH is over. Not just here but in the majority of finance careers. Time to b-m a free ride somewhere else.
@ek well as mgrs we need to dave and record anything that says that this is the stunt and we need to report them to our local EEOC and rep offices.
@mh stop using big words. You’ll hurt yourself. I talk to clients now fool and as i said, bah arent the ones they are concerned with. Now crawl back in RV’s a-s crack and have a great day
@mb
You are a primitive cave man. A special needs hermit. A shut in. A recluse. Why, you aren’t fit to put in front of clients. You have no people skills as is evident from your wall graffitti here.
You need to clean yourself up. Get in an office. Get collaborating boy! You need to heed to words of Robin and put the company and clients first! Just try to in the RTO mode —— "In-person work makes us all stronger—period. When we work together, collaboration improves, innovation thrives, and accountability increases. That means better service, better solutions, and better results for Clients, while still allowing flexibility."
BAH is being a professional dead end. Stop complaining and get moving on being a real professional boy!
@ja you sound d-mb. If anything clients arent complaining about bah staff. Its the incompetent ones such as yourself who cannot do their job and call out for a papercut. Educate yourself
@ek I agree on all points except the last one. Many folks are well aware and have been directly impacted by the various shenanigans out of RV’s toolbox to terminate employees with cause. Right now from what I have observed only a select few long timers have gotten the separation package while the majority of us, myself included, got shafted.
It appears that Robin is hitting the right area here. BAH really means Big A88 Hole. Poor quality, emotional problems, unprofessional conduct, no concept of work environment and uncivil. Clients probably have complained too. Definitely a bad idea to put in the dumpster.
Now, about the excess management cellulite we have, hmmm…..
@g0 bah is garbage? Thats why bah has the knowledge and telling mo--ns like you who cant hold a pencil without instructions what to do right mo--n? And you’d go in four days cause your mom wants you out of her basement.
Discrimination. F, that. If I am told to go to the office 4x a week or else, then all this BAH garbage needs taken to the curb. There is nothing special about these people or what they do. Sorry BAH you are the weakest link.
@ek
Do you really think anyone sane doesn’t know this? This bank’s plan is to give people it deems expendible … nothing.
We know the score, we know we can’t win or do anything about it. We are short timers here until proven otherwise. You as a manager are actually in worse shape. You are viewed as a ‘silent non contributor’. Do you know that?
BAH are obviously going to be the first to go. They are expendable and not meeting today’s BNY corporate expectations of 4 days. Better them than me. I’ll do my 4 days in office until I can’t (shrug).
The same people willing to go along with the idea that it’s ok to eliminate an employee with no severance package because they are based at home will be singing a different tune when they are on the receiving end of a partial meet or below rating as they also won’t get any severance.
I’m a manager and we are instructed to designate 10 percent in each of those categories. That’s 20 percent of employees who will be let go without severance.
I don’t think employees have quite grasped how bad this is. The objective is no layoffs next year, meaning the company doesn’t want to pay severance. Instead 20 percent of your colleagues will be terminated for cause.
BAH discriminated? Nope. It’s now just considered a bad and obsolete idea by this management and those doing it are already easily replaceable. And… Based on some of the ignorant, low IQ posts seen here, it calls into question the low grade talent and unprofessional standards these people display. Why pay high for uncontrolled waste, when you can pay less for offshore under some kind of control? No discrimination. Just the end of BNY ‘shoplifters’.
@ds yeah ive heard same thing and many havent found a job for several months. Great job sc--wing good workers bny. Can’t wait to see karma take a bite
BAH in general is being phased out all over, just ask the many who have been let go in the last year how difficult it can be to find a full remote position that pays enough in this economy. I never thought I’d be saying that BNY paid better than a lot of banks.
@d7 hey clown, when bah goes all you trash bags will crumble cause who do you think has the knowledge? Its not new staff and its not in office either so take me out cause the rest will be gone not long after with AI, automation and offshoring and a ton of failures. Im looking forward to see it crumble
BAH is officially being reviewed every two weeks for cuts by RV’s directs, and no new BAH hires are being made, BAH days are numbered
@ab I’d feel better if i could sm--k ur teeth down your throat for talking sh-t. Goofy f-k
@ab dear responder. The only id--t here is you if you think they are not. Go back to su-king moms teet and let the adults go on about their day. Nieve mo--n
Oh OP please stop with the idiocy.
BAH isn’t being ‘discriminated’. No. BAH is simply being ‘digested’. BAH is easy pickings. Actually, think of yourself as highly in demand like a delicious hors doevre. RV want you first! To be digested by senior management in it’s quest for higher share price. You also do not ‘fit the narrative’. Fake as that narrative may be, you fall outside of it. In fact, most in America and the United Kingdom do. So stop. Here in RV’s world, we are all equally worthless and expendable.
Feel better now?
