Anyone heard of what’s the reason for this to happen at the office? Is it ICE?

The training I got today is for Hostile Intruder. Specific to active sho-ters and safety. There is no way a company like Elevance with Medicare (federal) and state (Medicaid) going to treat ice as a threat. They did this in FL after a member got all way to the 6 th floor.

I have heard people managers had to go through internal training on how to deal with ICE. This training happened couple of weeks back.
Maybe more threats that won’t be shared right away.. Denver office had threats spray painted outside the office - “I hope you have to deny your own children” . It was on the news before Elevance shared it internally, then happened a second time. They offered hostile intruder training.
