ERP was used exactly as suspected and posted here before. Leaders who "they" want gone were forced to take ERP. ERP is acceptable for the minions to digest whereas terminating leaders can cause chaos. Post leaders you are aware of who took ERP!

@aa yes but both of them were older and probably going to leave at any moment anyway. Why not take advantage of an even sweeter package than what you already had if you were planning to leave in anytime now?
@at they were advised to take it, YES, absolutely true. When someone who has the ability to fire you advises you to take the erp, you take the erp. That's how it works in the Humana world.
Noone was forced to take early retirement.
