Yeah, Chevron spends too much on consultants - totally agree. But since this genius reorg there's no one left to do the actual work. Now ELP has to be the guardians of anyone and anything who may use a consultant - oh, except for all the exec consultants who are out of scope. You know, the brilliant folks who designed this mess. $crew you, ELP, and a big eff you to ES.

Someone should beet the sh-t out of them. They're easy to get to if you scope out the parking garage in the morning. The Venezuelan drivers are just there fidgeting on their phones.

ELP is the biggest spender of management consultants, and they parade around how CP saved the company all this money. It’s absolutely abhorrent what they’re doing to justify the consultant spend.
