Any update on upcoming possible divestitures for non-core or is everyone just being slowly laid off now?...

Everything is for sale. Let’s get out of the software business and start a crypto currency, a meme coin dedicated to Mark.
It might be easier to list what will not be sold (shorter list, I am sure).
But it feels to me like OT is a latecomer to the AI party and that's the problem with everything,
ADM is next in line to be sold off.
@ab why this getting down voted - that's absolutely an option. So is private equity or enough splits to effectively no longer be opentext.
Now it's probably the least likely option, but if the market won't take a piece or 8 away it's a cycle of cuts, legacy sundowns, and having less people left to fix things. We hit a plateau between staff ratio and deals, and it tanks from there. Major deals get lost for either mistakes, lack of people in a dept, bad renewals/ELA declaration periods.
We have to cut too much, it's going to force customers into moves and potentially jeopardize Openpass and Extended Support as a whole.

Bankruptcy
@a8 and if we can't get rid of all these units, how will we pay the debt ?
The appetite to buy anything non core is not there in the market there might be one more divesture. The plan with new CEO will be to run non core (everything M/F) + few other BUs with minimal resourcing of sales and a renewal resource to keep the lights on(and I mean minimal) everything in that space will effictively go sustained mode, no road maps or development with management levels stripped out customers planning their exit.
