@1w8 I don’t get it either. I lose so much respect for leadership when they do this. Like you guys are literally gutting departments with riffs. Merit increases su-k. Our HR leader has basically said to lean into lateral moves cause you’ll probably never get a promotion. But we’ll wear expensive jewelry and watches while we talk to the peons in this company and then beg for PAC money. Fund it yourself jacksss

Honestly, the employees need this kind of support too someone to advocate for us internally, because we’re not fine. Nobody’s fine. Every other meeting is ‘new changes are coming,’ but nothing is clearly communicated, and what is coming never feels concrete. The only thing that feels certain is the possibility of layoffs.
