As a former employee and happy I dont work in the sh-tshow that cigna has become. There are way too many complacent upper middle class mo--ns commenting on this. You are all on the chopping block and your job will never be safe. You need to unionize or you are all gonna have a rude awakening. I only check this layoff thread every few months to see how bad it is while staying in contact with the few I know that are left. Cigna is chopping off anyone that remembers when it was good to its employees and is banking on the new hires to be scared of unionizing. Bring cordani, blackrock, and vanguard (your owners) to their knees. Don't rat each other out. Its not hard to organize if you understand that a loss in productivity hurts the ones hurting you. If you're an IC, kick your feet up on your desk and do the bare minimum. If you're a middle manager, dont rat your directs out. If you're a director, bullsh-t your metrics harder than you ever have before. If you're a senior director, sell your stocks before the people do something about this and support your director's bullsh-t metrics. If you're a VP or c level exec, fu-k you, you have rotted the relationship with the people earning your paycheck to the point where you deserve nothing and I hope people spread birdseed in your driveway. Overall, cordani is a goomba fu--ing every one of his employees over without a care in the world.
Golden age of cigna is over - 2010-2018. You're 6 years into the rot now.
