We once interviewed a guy from the NRB and all he did was complain that there was a constant overflow of tickets and how miserable it was over there. Our manager at the time said that the applicant spent so much time groveling instead of talking about accomplishments or seeing if he would be a good fit, there was no way they could let him on the team. I don’t know about this “excess engineers” remark. Unless they’ve been offshoring work before the offshore the engineers.

It is an entry level department. If you have more than five years in the NRB or are a lifer in that department you should be concerned because it represents an inability to progress or develop new skills.
