Truist bank will require all employees to return to the office five days a week starting early next year, ending pandemic-era work-from-home policies. A little late for the party I would say. Other Corporations are doing a 360 and going back to hybrid mode.
And? How does this relate to T?
Because Charlotte is the only place domestically that cso hires anymore. Even though it's not a hub. Baich and all his direct reports used to live in Charlotte and them are his new rules that ignore hub requirements. Too bad for these workers that this isn't about AIG or Wells Fargo because those are the ONLY ones he picks from.
Retail banking is different now. No one needs to walk into a bank anymore. Hadn't set foot in 3 or 4 years. Online management can and may be done in New Delhi or Manila or Budapest. Am I the only one that sees this?
you know what that means for them chop, chop, chop but karma always finds its way back to those CEOs.

Many Truist 'cyber' professionals brought into ATT CSO so this is relevant in as much as they were being hired into the CSO HUB in NC otherwise who gives a xxxx about this.
Just work as prescribed 9-5 M-F. Been done over a century with child care and commuting. Covid is over. Office is for collaboration and winning as before Covid. Home office is for whining WFH worriers. Simply as this.
Wife works for Truist. They do not have the same tracking applications that T has. Many of the employees are coffee badging, and there is no in-office hourly report tracking time in the office. And there have been tons of exceptions granted.
You will embrace RTO or resign. Thank you for your cooperation.
“ What’s this got to do with anything?”
Just a tech trolling about how that’s standard practice. All you need to do is go to LinkedIn jobs to see it’s not. Only the companies wanting to reduce workforce are doing it.

This is great news!
Jeremy Legg is a good dude.
'Bout time but who cares?
Layoff wolf in sheep’s clothing.
lol, same garbage statement “ boost culture and collaboration”’. It’s all about headcount reduction.
