If AI cannot replace FLMs and even SLMs then how is it used to detect early cancer ?

dogs can detect cancer too so by that logic.....
To your question: AI can excel at cancer detection because it involves massive amounts of data analysis, image comparison with zero reasoning & logic required. Managing people is slightly different than that.
