Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Severance will disappear after Chapter 11

Just remember when Chapter 11 hits and severance goes away you were offered a VRIF when you are walking to your car after a IRIF hits you.

@OP who is even watching? The fact no one is accountable for what would be termination behaviors in a public company is mind blowing.

Warren’s shares? What is xerox a lottery now? Desperation measure to raise peanuts….

Vrif - take it while you can.

Look at the losses in cash! The give it away at all costs behavior has made it that the customer will be left in peril.

Even end of the day Ray. Would see this one from afar.

30-40% elimination of manpower is the only way the debt goes away. And if the chosen leadership keeps going there will be no money for commissioned transactions.

Give your MIF to dealers. They will at least repair the damage that is done. Any dealer that sells the X would blow a direct rep out of the water.

I don’t need to list names, you all know. Don’t file an ethics complaint- those same “executive leaders” are in charge of that too.

Bring in DOGE - ask Elon on the X, maybe he would buy it for a hobby.

If you are an employee, see something say something!

You would be foolish not to want the vrif with severance and unemployment vs just unemployment. You can get unemployment in a a vrif, I did in NYS. That 12 weeks of fully pay while searching for a new job is needed for most younger employees.

Can you get unemployment after a long severance in Canada?

@a1 Under some circumstances, e.g., a VRIF as part of a larger RIF, the volunteers can get unemployment - in some states.

Irif can get you unemployment, a vrif, aka quitting but on a list, does not.
