us inflation for 2025 is 3.5%, if they pay increase is smaller than 3.5% than it is a pay cut. our CEO got 30% increase - this is not a pay cut.

Yup this year the day of comp from he was by the way if over 50 percent in your pay range no raise. So if you’re hired in at market value you will never get a raise. One more way to try and get people to quit to avoid severance.

No raise in this inflation environment is a pay cut. Full stop. Getting taken advantage of isn’t fair when most “meets” employees work hard in their roles to contribute to the bottom line.

@b4 meets in TA, I got no increase but I’m paid fairly. 2% would have been around $3300. I’m not gonna cry about it.

Anyone who has been to a WF branch in the past few years knows they operate with bare minimum staffing. The majority of branch employees are the result of downsizing. Unless the branch actually closes, their job is not really at risk. They have zero reason to walk-out on behalf of some strangers in San Antonio, Des Moines, etc.

Who's out there making big decisions on the fact they expect a 2% raise? If youre doing that please stop.

And they purposely chose not to give advance notice to us. People plan big decisions based on comp.

Manager decides your # from the bucket. If you are not your manager’s favorite, you can go home. Nobody cares. Floor talk is they want you gone. It doesn’t matter what you do, just get out. No severance.

Is that across the board? Through all business lines? Have my meeting at 10:30am. Did bonus go up, down or stay the same?
