Direction Anyone?

Anyone receiving ANY direction from their leaders since 11/20? Our organization has changed and our responsibilities are supposed to change but it's been over 30 days and nobody has provided an ounce of direction.

There is no direction because they don't know what they are doing, particularly for large revenue teams - Global Enterprise and Public Sector. Right now, VPs are dialing for dollars.

Direction is clear as always. Increase revenue. Decrease costs. And somehow accomplish that with endless reorgs, overlap and confusion while the Chro arranges photoshoots.
