I see an email for a special bonus of 3 to 4 weeks pay. Who got it? Did you get 3 or 4 weeks bonus pay?

Some emails only said 4 weeks
Higher grades depend on bonus”
It’s true. Grades 1-4 were 4 weeks of pay.
Higher grades were 3 or 4 weeks, 4 being if you got 100% or higher bonus rating.

I got it for 4 weeks and I barely ever came into the office. I was never warned about it though.
Nothing additional for grade 8 and above .. just regular stuff
Got it…best performers like me got a big pay day. Finally a meritocracy! I am happy to give tips on how and why I was so successful.

@a9 this has nothing to do with attendance. Its based off end of year rating. Eps get 4 weeks. Everyone else 3
For grades 5-7 you get 3 weeks pay if your bonus was 60-99% 4 weeks pay if your bonus was funded 100%+
ET level 7 got the email but won't know 3 or 3 weeks until it pays out

Grade 8 so no but thrilled my reps are!! Fidelity is a great place to work!!
If you had perfect attendance on connect weeks you get 4 weeks pay if you missed even 1 day you’re getting 3. Kidding I don’t know, just glad to get another special bonus!
