Your lucky to be given anything in this economy.
For those who were around and listening when CIP was first introduced it was made clear that while base salary is an ongoing cost, the CIP could be removed at the company discretion. CIP is not a given like all benefits can be cut as company looks to save money.
Ask HR see if they will deny!
CIP will be 1 or slightly higher. The quarterly updates have been signaling that. Plus, the LTIP performance shares are sh*t for 2026 so execs will need to pad their wallets
The OP is full of sh-t. The CIP program has a range and zero isn't an option. Not when the company is still making billions in profits. Typically the next cip# after a layoff is higher than non layoff years, so I would expect at least a 1 corp factor (it isn't decided until December Board of directors mtg anyway
@b6 "AI program that reads our Teams chats. "
They are a bunch of insecure, immature, sc-m bags.
@a6 same post every year
Are you saying a 0 corporate factor so no bonus at all?

Plus they don’t care as much about the survey ever since they started using an AI program that reads our Teams chats. Not a joke. Someone else posted the link to the article
Dont bother with the survey. They dont care. It might feel good taking it out but not responding at all is a bigger issue to them. Just ignore it. Put in the bare minimum going forward.
When is the employee survey coming out? Can’t wait to let them have it….
