@a5 To add onto the corporate graveyard riff; OT buys companies that have innovative software that fortune 100 companies use. They gut them, then stick a few Miltons in cubes to support the product and add the features that these captive customers ask for whilst glomming those maintenance dollars. The only reason it makes money is that its too expensive for the customers to migrate. Too much sunk cost.
