@a6 I took parental leave 3 times with 2 year gaps at Intuit with no issues.
@a5 I’m not sure right now, I know I’ll need to discuss more and figure out my options.

My friend was impacted too. They were in parental leave. Are you exploring any legal path?
Health always comes first, you, your baby and your family. I'm so sorry about being impacted, but life is cyclical and you WILL land on your feet.
