Is Nike enforcing non compete agreements if you choose to leave and go to a competitor? Given it’s current state my guess would be no, but any insight here?

Don’t go blabbing on social media like a few id--ts did in the past and you should be fine. Avoid updating any social medial profiles with your new employment info until AFTER your non-compete time runs out. They may not be able to fully enforce it but it will cost you your new job or atleast your reputation and lawyer fees.
not really as they keep getting paid as "special advisors" and stay on the payroll based on their golden paraschute.
that is also based on your legal exposure (the skellies you are burying), that is why it was so quick for HON to land at a competitor while MM is still being paid out since she knows what is buried from all the s-x scandals, fraud, FCPA breaches, backchannel dealings, athele scandals, thievery (especially nike foundation fraud) and su----es.
well in the case HON I wouldnt have enforced her non compete if I was the CEO lol. Her going to a competitor is a boon for nike because of her incompetence.
I can say for other states but in California that is illegal. Even if you signed, they cannot enforce it since it is illegal.
Arizona, that is forcible.
Can't say it for Oregon but I was at sales in California
They would have to pay you and they don’t want to pay you.
It’s pretty rare for non-competes to be enforced, usually it’s only for grade 70+ and above. Since they usually know a few things that will happen that year.
