I got one as well. WF changed the way they pay medical leave in 2026. You get paid full benefits for 4 weeks at up to 3 years. At year 4 you get 7 weeks. At 10 you get 12 weeks full pay. In prior years you got 12 weeks full pay after 1 year of service. 10 weeks FMLA protection until year 10 which is 12 weeks. 65% of salary after 4 weeks is less 4 years.

I got one shortly after my medical leave ended. Hundreds of sheets of paper wasted for each person it was mailed to :(
