I'm not a TransUnion employee but aware of the company letting many talented people go in favor of alleged cost cutting. From an outsider a credit bureau making cuts makes little sense. In this climate a credit bureau should be expanding its workforce. My company will not hire TU alumni who worked in HR or career development. Applicants who have been part of an irresponsible restructuring that hurt thousands of workers have no place in my organization. We have learned over the years how to execute a fair yet painful RIF, those working for TU have been infected by the poorest strategies we've seen in a long time.

Sad that that anti-harassment course they assigned us is very clear on whistleblower protections, but I doubt anyone trusts that enough to actually say anything.
@a4 Every darn filler word Venkat uses is f-bo-b or some other 4 letter word. That too In a room full of men and women. I guess it won't be long before people start referring to one another using private parts. That's the direction the culture is headed in this company.
